Product design. Rectangular ladder construction helps keep ladder stay aligned during exercise and prevent unwanted movement. Rectangular construction also allows for easy storage and setup without tangling from traditional agility ladders. Hook and loop connection allows for sections to be separated or combined to customize workout. Targeted training: designed to improve agility, quickness, & acceleration.
