This intensive selection process results in only the top 5% of Wilson-selected hides being used to create these gloves. To assist that incredible leather is the Dual Palm construction which consists of a thin piece of material strategically placed between the palm of the shell and the palm of the inner-hand lining. This small piece does wonders to the glove as it adds to the structure of the shell. As well, it rids A2K gloves of palm wrinkles which have been known to cause baseballs to pop out of the grasp of other gloves. If you find yourself playing on the left side of the infield (shortstop or third base) and need something a little longer, then this A2K should be an enticing model with its 11.75-inch length.
