In the included GoBarre workout DVD Shay Kostabi choreographs elements of ballet pilates yoga and functional training with fun and motivating music. In each targeted routine the GoBarre Core Ab ball and Resistance Flatband are used to shape tone and tighten the body for that lean dancers physique.
