The Sher-Wood 5000 wood stick has a shaft that is made of multi-layer birch topped with a laminate to create a responsiveness not found in all wood sticks. The blade of this wood hockey stick is constructed with superior white ash core that is surrounded by multi-directional and highly impact resistant fibreglass. This construction process creates a stiff blade with limited torqueing for increased shooting accuracy.
