This backboard is made of shatterproof polycarbonate material that’s clear as glass but near-impossible to destroy. It comes with a steel Slam Jam rim that breaks to the front. This backboard and rim combo unit is great to put on over the garage, connect to the house or use as a replacement part. It is designed for residential use.
